    Operad began with a chance meeting on a surfing trip in Australia, where Shachar Blum and Apan Damri discovered a shared passion for online marketing. Combining Shachar's data-driven expertise with Apan's pioneering work in Google and SEO, they founded Operad with a vision of doing "serious business with flip-flops and stubble." From day one, we challenged the status quo by blending deep professionalism with a personal, un-corporate touch.

    A major shift occurred when Dima Binkovsky, a former client, joined as CEO. Bringing a fresh perspective from the client side, he institutionalized a culture of hyper-transparency. We stripped away the industry fluff to focus on what actually moves the needle, building long-term relationships through raw results and radical honesty.

    Today, Operad is led by Dar Perlmuter. Having grown from a junior PPC manager to CEO, Dar's journey reflects our core philosophy: deep operational mastery is the only way to build true authority.
